-All online prices are indicative only and final price is subject to an onsite inspection.

 

-All installation prices are subject to possible additional charges (see additional charges)

 

-All prices online are based on the assumption that the installation of the blind is into a sound timber substrate. Other types of substrate fixings e.g plaster, metal, brick etc..carry additional charges (see additional charges)

 

-All prices online are based on the assumption that the installation fixing point is no higher than 3mtres from even floor,anything over this height is price on application.

 

-All prices have been based on Installco's Melbourne Metro Installation Zone. Outside of this zone carry additional charges. (see Melbourne Metro Installation Zone and Travel Charges)

 

-All Installco installation prices do not include the cost of any height access, lifting or safety equipment that may be needed to safely and successsfully complete an installation.

 

-Any awnings over 3mtre fixing height, on sloping ground, above ground storey, hard to access areas etc..will require a site inspection.

 

-All Prices for Motorised Blinds does not include the cost of any electrical works.

 

-It is the customers responsibility to supply a sound and solid fixing surface which is deemed suitable by the Installco's Installer. Installco will not be liable in anyway for out of square windows, openings, floors, other structures or fixing surfaces

 

-All installations will be strictly carried out in accordance to all State and federal OH&S laws. It is the customers responsibily to provide a safe working enviromemt for the Installco installer to work in.

-Installco will not perform any installations which require the removal of drilling in to Asbestos

 

- Installco will only proceed with an installation with the customers agreement of Installco's Terms and Coditions.
