Our Warranty for Supplied Products
Installco windowfurnishing installations will provide the original purchaser a limited warranty on our products and where applicable installation service supplied by Installco to be free of manufacturing and (where applicable) installation faults for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery or (where applicable)installation by Installco.
The warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only and only applies to custom made products in the original windows for which the product was ordered and intended.
Not Covered
The warranty does not cover;
- Claims made by anyone but the original purchaser of the product.
- Claims made on a product that were not paid in full as per the invoice.
- Any goods supplied or installation service performed by Installco with damage caused by accidents or misuse, abuse, alterations, mis-application, improper handling, improper cleaning, improper operation and normal wear and tear, fabric fray from prolonged use, exposure to salt air, corrosives, damage from insects, animals and pets, wind damage, or colour change caused by solar or other heat sources.
- Damage, wear and tear or altered operation caused by the movement of the surrounding structure or premises.
- Algae & fungal growth caused by a build up of dirt, grime, leaves or bird matter.
- Damage or faults caused due to wind or rain through the window, door or any penetration or through cross breezes, airconditioning or heating turbulance.
- Damage caused by the removal of goods or(and) re-installation of goods by someone other than a qualified Installco installer.
Warranty 1st Year and Subsequent 4 Years
During the first year of warranty period, Installco agrees to repair or (at its option) to replace any defective goods or parts and (where applicable) to resupply any installation services supplied by Installco(excluding the cost of height access equipment e.g lifts, scaffolding ladders etc or any hire equipment needed to install or repair goods) that is defective free of charge.(with the exception of what is NOT COVERED under our warranty conditions).
In the event or a claim being made for a service call not covered by the warranty, a minimum charge of $80.00 plus gst call out fee, installation costs and cost of parts or replacement costs may be charged.
During the subseqent 4 Years of the warranty period, Installco agrees to repair or(at its option) replace any defective goods, provided that the customer shall pay Installco our standard labour rate of minimum $80.00plus gst call out and a subsequent $80.00plus gst each hour after the first hour of service. The customer will also be required to cover the cost of collection and delivery of all goods.

Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number, Description of the problem and condition under which the problem occured.
We will assess and process your claim. Please note any costs that may be payable by you must be paid prior to Installco actioning the claim.
